Rite-Hite is new to a proactive acquisition strategy, ACG WI members, Micaela White and Kevin Krug, will discuss how they've gone about implementing processes and the mentality to incorporate acquisition into the Rite-Hite strategy.
Speakers include:
Micaela White, Corporate Development Manager, Rite-Hite
Micaela White graduated from the University of Chicago in 2010 with a degree in economics and from the Chicago Booth full-time program in 2014. After college, she worked for Bank of America Merrill Lynch as an investment banking analyst and for Rite-Hite Corporation as a strategic account specialist. During business school, she interned for private equity firms, Baird Capital and Lakeview Equity. Following business school, Micaela returned to Rite-Hite as a corporate development manager--focused on strategic partnerships and acquisitions. She splits her time between Milwaukee and Chicago.

Kevin Krug, Corporate Development Valuation Manager, Rite-Hite
Kevin Krug graduated from the University of Wisconsin in 2003 with a degree in finance and marketing, and he received an MBA from the University of Notre Dame in 2008. Prior to his MBA, Kevin worked for Duff & Phelps doing valuation work for investment banking transactions and independent valuations. Prior to joining Rite-Hite, Kevin worked at GE Capital, where he had a variety of roles including underwriting leverage, sponsor backed deals and workout of distressed loans. At Rite-Hite, Kevin is part of the corporate development team and is focused on the valuation side of the strategic partnerships and acquisitions.
