From their humble beginnings in 1937, family-owned-and-operated, Carmex, continues to produce its original lip care formula in its iconic jars and has expanded their product line.
Join us as Paul Woelbing, President, and Rich Simonson, COO, tell the Carmex story and talk about the challenges associated with running a successful 3rd Generation family business. They will share key decisions made along the way contributing to their evolution and success, along with where the brand and company are today and how values drive their success.
