Join us in March for a M&A case study, in which ACG Next Gen members will review different stages of a seller contemplating a sale and identify potential issues that are present or could arise in the future. Through both smaller and larger group discussions, attendees will have the opportunity to discuss the various deal dynamics from different points of view and professional disciplines. Some of the topics discussed may build off previous learning sessions such as the American Bar Association survey.

Parking & Meeting Room Info
If parking in the Reinhart parking garage: travel south on Water Street, go east on Highland Street and then go south on Market Street. The entrance to the parking structure is on your right. Once in the parking structure, stay to the left for public parking; take a ticket and park. Take the elevator down to the ground floor (G) and proceed down the corridor to your left. Once in the main lobby, the elevators to the Reinhart offices will be on your left. Please proceed to the 17th floor.
The event will be held in the Media Center on the 17th Floor; there will be signage and front desk staff to direct you. Parking can be validated so please bring your ticket with you.
