Pete assists buyers, sellers, borrowers, lenders, and investors with a wide range of corporate law matters: including, mergers and acquisitions, formation and organization of new businesses, and contract negotiations. As the head of the firm’s Corporate Practice Group, Pete has successfully closed more than 100 mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions involving public and private companies.
