Steve Guy is a Managing Director in Baird’s Industrial Investment Banking practice and joined Baird in 2000. Over his career, Steve has advised on a variety of mergers and acquisitions and financings, for public, private equity and family owned businesses serving most sectors of the global economy. In particular, Steve has completed more than 35 transactions totaling more than $7.5 billion in the global filtration industry. He also currently serves on the board of trustees of the University School of Milwaukee. Before joining Baird, Steve was a Vice President at Tucker Anthony.

Drew Slocum is a Senior Vice President at Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s Wisconsin office. Drew is responsible for providing advice and delivering a comprehensive suite of financial solutions to private, family owned, and public companies headquartered across the state of Wisconsin. Drew has led dozens of financing transactions and Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s local Wisconsin based team has helped Wisconsin companies raise over $35 billion in capital over the past 5 years. Drew joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch in 2006 after experience in Private Equity and Wealth Management. Drew is a member of the Milwaukee 7 Executive Partner committee and also serves on the board of directors of The First Tee of Southeast Wisconsin.

Darren Snyder has over eighteen years of private equity experience. He currently serves as Partner in Prairie Capital, and is responsible for investment origination, due diligence, deal structuring, and negotiation. Darren also has portfolio management responsibility for Prairie Capital, with board responsibilities for over seventeen platform companies across Prairie’s five funds. Darren is currently a director for five Prairie Capital portfolio companies, including BOTE, LLC, National Enzyme Company, Tower Engineering Professionals, Stylecraft Home Collection and Pioneer Metal Finishing.

Keith Walz joined Jason in March 2015. He previously held roles as the company’s Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy. Prior to joining Jason, Keith was Vice President of Corporate Development at Brady Corporation, an industrial identification manufacturer, responsible for global merger, acquisitions and divestitures from 2010 through January 2015. Previously, Keith was a Founding Partner of Kinsale Capital, a private investment firm focused on control equity investments in the middle market, from 2006 through 2010, and Managing Director at ABN ARMO Capital, a private equity firm with $2 billion in invested capital responsible for the sourcing, evaluation, and monitoring of direct equity investments.

Bob Wegbreit is a partner in GF Data. He has held a variety of senior-level positions in operating, sales and marketing in the printing and advertising industries. Bob has been a featured speaker on the state of the middle market at several industry events. He has held elected and appointed regional non-profit board positions and is currently the vice chair of the Montgomery County Redevelopment Authority Board.
