Due to unforeseen circumstances, Joel Yaeger will no longer be able to join us as the scheduled guest speaker.

We are pleased to announce that fellow ACG Wisconsin member, Bill Berrien, Owner and CEO of Pindel Global Precision, will be stepping in to deliver an insightful and engaging presentation. Bill brings extensive experience in leadership, manufacturing, and business management, having successfully led Pindel Global Precision through significant growth and innovation. Bill Berrien

Pindel Global Precision
Owner & CEO

Bill Berrien is owner and CEO of Pindel Global Precision, a veteran-owned, ISO 9001-certified contract manufacturer of precision machined components as well as CEO of Pindel’s wholly owned aerospace/defense subsidiary, Liberty Precision Manufacturing, both located in New Berlin, WI.  In 2012, Bill acquired the Pindel Global Precision following a dedicated 2-year acquisition search (for which the ACG membership and network were foundational).  In late 2020, Bill also founded the startup Production Expediting Technologies (PRODx) following experiences in the manufacturing crisis of COVID-19.  In 2023, Bill launched an innovative workforce development model, termed Forwardskilling, which applies a shared-economy model to upskilling the region’s incumbent (already working) workforce.

After graduating from college, Bill served for nine years as a U.S. Navy SEAL officer where he led units on special operations globally. Following his separation from active duty in 1999 and subsequent graduation from business school, Bill moved to Wisconsin courtesy of GE Healthcare where Bill was a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and then Global Product Manager.  Bill subsequently was part of the leadership teams of two private equity-backed companies, Liberty Dialysis and Milwaukee-based Artisan Partners.

Berrien is involved in Milwaukee's business community to bolster the training in manufacturing skills and the enhancement of the region as a destination for manufacturing business. He serves as a Board member of the Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce (MMAC) and an Industry Board Member for MSOE and previously served as a Trustee for the Wisconsin Chapter of The Nature Conservancy.

Bill received his Bachelors from Princeton University and, following his service in the Navy, used his GI Bill benefits to obtain a Masters in International Affairs from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies in Washington, DC and a MBA from Harvard Business School.
