The Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) Toronto announces the Board of Directors for 2024 – 2025.

Sean McKinnon takes on the role of Board Chair, following Ben Gibbons who has been the Chair since 2021.  “It has been a privilege to lead ACG Toronto for the past 3 years.  Sean will provide his vision and work with the Board, to ensure the middle market deal community has access to top thought leadership and resources to support chapter growth”, said Ben Gibbons, Past Board Chair and Founder and Managing Partner, Waterpoint Lane. 

The Board will be comprised of 19 voting and 5 Honorary board members.  Four new members join the Board this year including:

ACG Toronto hosts the 22nd annual Capital Connection Conference, Canada’s largest and most prominent debt and equity marketplace. The Conference takes place on November 11th & 12th.

The conference provides a series of events over two days — focused on dealmaking, thought leadership and networking.   More than 700 mid-market company executives, business owners, intermediaries, and service providers with influential executives from Canadian and U.S. private equity firms, banks, family offices and specialty financial institutions.
