2024 Annual General Meeting

NOTICE OF MEETING

Please note that your association's Annual General Meeting is taking place on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, and your attendance is requested.

This year's meeting will be held at The National Club (303 Bay St., Toronto, ON) from 4:30-5:30 ET, in order:

1. TO ELECT four (4) directors in accordance with General Bylaw No. 1;

2. TO RECEIVE and consider the financial statements of the Corporation for the year ended February 29, 2024, together with the reports of the directors and the auditors thereon;

3. TO APPROVE the new Bylaws:

4. TO APPOINT auditors and to authorize the directors to fix their remuneration;

5. TO TRANSACT such other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.

The AGM is free for current members. If you are able to attend, please RSVP by Friday, June 14, 2024 by emailing our Chapter Executive, Pamela Hicks at toronto@acg.org.

P.S. – A Networking reception and Wine Tasting will be hosted after the AGM from 6.00 – 9.00 p.m. at The National Club. Tickets will be available for purchase at a preferred ACG member rate in June – on the website - ACG Toronto | Association for Corporate Growth
