Private equity firms can host a table at the Networking Connection at ACG Wisconsin’s annual Growth & Leadership Conference.

Your choice of registration:

  • $700: One registration for all conference sessions, Deal Source, keynote lunch, and exhibitor table at Networking Connection
  • $800: Two registrations for all conference sessions, Deal Source, keynote lunch, and exhibitor table at Networking Connection

Make sure the registrant type selected is "Private Equity/Cap Con Exhibitor"; the correct table fees will only populate if this type has been selected.


For two registrants, the main attendee selects the table for $800, the second attendee is free. (Select “Add a Guest” to register the second person.)

Exhibitor Logistics

Table Information

The Beer and Wine Networking Connection, featuring Private Equity firms and Capital Providers, is from 4:00 to 6:00 PM. Each exhibitor will be provided a 6’ skirted table and signage. Please feel free to display company branding materials of any kind.

Beer and Wine Service at the Conference

The Beer and Wine Networking Connection will take place from 4:00 to 6:00 PM. Your beer or wine and tasting set-up will be placed at your table prior to the 4:00 PM start. Beverages needing to be chilled will be in ice buckets. Each firm will be responsible for pouring their own beverages.

Where to Order Beer or Wine

Please select one type of beer OR wine to have at your booth.

Beverage selection is on a first come, first served basis. Ray’s Wine and Spirits has put together the list of suggested beverages. Please note that you will be responsible for either returning or discarding any unused beer or wine.

2. To Order from Your Own Retailer: If you are using a different wine distributor, please call them to place your order. You will be responsible for getting your wine to the venue. Please email wiacg@teamwi.com of your choice so we can avoid any duplicates.

Beer & Wine FAQs

  • How much wine or beer should I purchase?
    We recommend that you purchase 6-8 bottles of wine OR 2-3 cases of beer.
     
  • Is there a minimum or maximum price we should spend?
    You are free to spend as much or as little as you wish.
     
  • How will our beverages be served?
    Each participating firm will be responsible for pouring its own beer or wine. Ice buckets, corkscrews, bottle openers, and glassware will all be provided.
     
  • What should I do with the unused beverages?

    You will be responsible for either returning or discarding any unused wine or beer. You may leave unused wine on your table after the event, but it will NOT be returned to you. FedEx and UPS will not ship, so you must either take it with you or arrange for a courier to pick it up that evening by 7:00 PM.

Table Set-Up

You table will be available for setup anytime between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM the day of the conference. ACG Wisconsin will handle the beer and wine tasting set-up, but we will not be able to set up any materials that you ship or drop-off. Please be sure to arrange for someone to handle the setup up your table.

Exhibit Space Assignments

Exhibit space is limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Spaces cannot be guaranteed until payment is received. Registrations received after October 7, 2019, will not be guaranteed acknowledgment in the conference booklet. Exhibitors may not assign or sublet the whole or part of their assigned space. ACG WI reserves the right to rearrange the floor plan or relocate spaces.
