Todd McLees is founder and CEO of Pendio Group, a management consulting firm in Milwaukee. Todd is also the Founder and Executive Director of “Ten MKE” a Digital Ecosystem Hub focused on building Innovation and Talent ecosystems to serve hundreds of high-performing manufacturers, service providers and strategic OEMs in the region. He created the frameworks for Stakeholder-Centric Ecosystem Design and the Supplier Readiness Programs being leveraged by Foxconn and other manufacturers in the region to identify and support the high-performers required to build a sustainable supply chain in times of extraordinary change. Those methodologies are being leveraged by many companies in the region and by Marquette University’s Center for Supply Chain Management, where Todd serves on the advisory board.
