YACG WI: M&A and Capital Markets Update

Ronald Miller - Mr. Miller joined Cleary Gull in 1993 and is President and Managing Director and member of the firm’s Board of Directors. He is responsible for leading the investment banking department as well as actively managing transactions, business development, and private equity coverage. With over 28 years of transaction experience, Mr. Miller has advised clients completing more than 100 merger and acquisition and public and private financing assignments representing approximately $8 billion of transaction value. Mr. Miller was the 2015 M&A Advisor “Boutique M&A Investment Banker of the Year”.

Mr. Miller previously held investment banking positions with Tucker Anthony Sutro and Morgan Stanley and commercial banking positions with First Chicago Corporation.

Mr. Miller is a member and past President of the Wisconsin Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth, on the Board of Directors and Treasurer of the COA Youth & Family Center, and on the Chancellor’s Industry and Community Leadership Council at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a guest lecturer at its Lubar School of Business. Mr. Miller earned an MM from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, a BS in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and a BA in History from the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania

Ryan Chimenti - Mr. Chimenti joined Cleary Gull in 2005 and is a Managing Director and member of the firm’s Board of Directors. He has 11 years of transaction experience and is responsible for executing transactions, business development and private equity coverage. Mr. Chimenti has advised numerous clients in a variety of industries and has significant experience in the Precision Machining, Metal Fabrication and Processing, Industrial Products, and Manufacturing industries.

Prior to joining Cleary Gull, Mr. Chimenti worked at Cornerstone Business Services and Wells Fargo Business Credit. He has worked in Milwaukee, WI, Indianapolis, IN and Chevy Chase, MD.

Mr. Chimenti is a member of the Board of Directors of Global Precision Products, LLC, a Board Member of the Wisconsin Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth, a member of the Turnaround Management Association, and a guest lecturer at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, University of Wisconsin-Madison and Marquette University. Mr. Chimenti earned an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a BS in Finance from Boston College.
