Overview
Join ACG Wisconsin for an extended session into the topic of Generative AI for Business Leaders with Dr. Mohanbir (Mohan) Sawhney, professor with Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
Prof. Mohan Sawhney, the Associate Dean for Digital Innovation and the creator of the AI Applications for Growth program, will present a keynote speech on the emerging landscape of Generative AI.
He will begin with an overview of Generative AI and the Generative AI stack. He will discuss why AI strategy is a C-Suite issue, and what questions business leaders should be asking their business units and technology teams. He will then discuss the applications of Generative AI across the business, such as automating content creation, personalizing customer experiences, and driving product innovation. He will present the Generative AI Canvas - a structured tool for defining Generative AI business cases, as well as an AI Capability Maturity Model. He will conclude with the risks and challenges of Generative AI, including ethical considerations and data management concerns.
This enhanced program is a joint event with the Kellogg and Harvard Business School alumni clubs from Wisconsin. We have extended the event agenda to allow more time to network and hear from our guest speaker.
This is a great learning opportunity, and members and guests are encouraged to bring their teams and colleagues to attend.
"The world of AI is transforming the way businesses operate. This has been going on for some time, but recent developments in generative AI promise to disrupt business functions and industry workflows at a breathtaking pace. As a senior executive, you must understand the landscape of generative AI and how you can harness its potential for your business. The future of your company and your career depends on it." – Mohanbir Sawhney
