PARKING

Complimentary event parking is available in the hotel parking garage.
Overnight parking is available for hotel guests at a discounted rate of $12/night.

Valet is available at your expense.

MEALS

A Grab & Go lunch will be provided to all registered DealSource attendees from 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.  Refreshments, including drinks and snacks, will be available during DealSource from 12:30-5:00 p.m.  Heavy hors d'oeuvres and drinks will be served during the Craft Beer & Spirits Tasting.

The Ritz offers dining in the Lobby Lounge and Casa Don Alfonso restaurant.

A downloadable version of the Attendee List is available in the scheduling software under the Attendees tab.

SCHEDULING SOFTWARE
Our custom ACG St. Louis scheduling software will be available for DealSource attendees to schedule 1x1 meetings.  The software will be released on December 4, 2024.  The deadline to request meetings at DealSource is 1/14 at 5:00 p.m. CST.  Attendees may continue to request meetings up until the event however, you may find that firms have a full schedule. The scheduling software will be available throughout the event to access your schedule and view the attendee list.  Your meeting schedule will be printed on the back of your badge for easy reference.

CANCELLATIONS
The deadline to cancel for a refund is 1/10/25.  Only transfers are available after that date.  If you would like to transfer your registration, please e-mail acgstlouis@acg.org with the attendee’s first and last name, e-mail address, company name, and title.

POST EVENT ACTIVITIES
On Wednesday evening, the Lobby Lounge at the Ritz will be serving food and drinks until 12:00 a.m.  You can view the menu here.
