Amy Ruebsam is the Executive Director of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) St. Louis Chapter.  ACG St. Louis is the premier networking association for professionals involved in corporate growth, corporate development and mergers and acquisitions.  The association hosts networking events, corporate executive roundtables and high-level educational seminars to support the dealmaking community.

An experienced leader in association management, Amy has a BSBA degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia and is skilled in strategic planning, relationship building, event coordination and program development.  Prior to her position at ACG, Amy successfully led other professional and non-profit organizations including the Human Resource Association of the Midlands (a SHRM chapter) and the Omaha chapter for the Muscular Dystrophy Association.

Tracy Montgomery is the VP of Chapter Operations for ACG St. Louis where she handles the day to day operations and accounting functions for the chapter, member engagement, and event planning and coordination.

Prior to joining ACG, Tracy held positions at State Farm Corporate as a Business Analyst for the Investment Accounting Department; and as a Systems Analyst and Accounting Supervisor for State Farm Bank.

Tracy graduated from Illinois State University with a BS in Accounting.  She is a Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant.

Olivia McCarty is the Chapter Administrator for ACG St. Louis. She is responsible for supporting the chapter’s operations, member engagement, and event coordination. With a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills, Olivia manages day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth communication between members, volunteers, and leadership.

Olivia holds both a master’s and an undergraduate degree in education from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Prior to joining the ACG team, she taught third and fifth grades, where she enhanced her communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
