Jimmy’s Cookies is a privately-owned manufacturer of gourmet cookies and cookie dough.  It was started 30 years ago in a store front in New York where the cookie dough was made.  It grew over the years expanding from the cookie dough business to providing thaw and sell programs for major retailers, and currently operates out of a 90,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility located at 125 Entin Road, Clifton, NJ.  Jimmy’s manufactures artisan type cookies that have that home baked look using the finest quality ingredients, butter formulas and a high amount of inclusions.
