An Introduction to Capital Markets:
Interpreting today's market environment and the impact on your business

Deciphering the prevailing winds in today's market environment is challenging at best. Fed interest rate moves, equity market expectations, a severe shortage of quality deal flow, increasing default rates in specific parts of the market; all are aspects impacting the capital markets and companies' abilities to raise capital. This panel will look at the challenges and opportunities in raising money across the capital stack as well as the impact on the M&A market. Panelists representing the equity, commercial lending, private credit and investment banking sectors will offer their opinions on what they are seeing in their areas of focus.
