The Unexpected Rogue:
The financial impact of employees or partners
who misappropriate important intellectual property
We will discuss companies that have
experienced the theft of intellectual property from former employees or
partners and provide many examples from minor legal infractions to major
international theft claims. The C-level
executive will learn about the legal and economic actions afforded to them,
should a company be exposed to such rogue actors. The legal community will be
exposed to many of the new legal cases in New Jersey, and how economists
interpret these proceedings when working on the behalf of their clients.
