business environment, old paradigms of leadership are dissolving. What worked
yesterday is not guaranteed or even likely to work today. Leaders need to be constantly
changing and growing, and finding new approaches to produce exceptional
results.
For almost 40 years, Gap International has partnered with executives
to change thinking, change mindsets and change people.
In this session designed for ACG New Jersey’s Women of Leadership, you and fellow leaders will have the opportunity to work on your own real-time business challenges with Gap International’s senior performance consultants. You will practice a methodology designed to challenge the current mindsets that may be limiting what is possible for you and your organization. By identifying these ways of thinking, you will have access to a new mindset. You will leave with a fresh perspective and new actions that will deliver extraordinary results.
