Overview

Judy Spires, President and CEO, AG Supermarket Holdings, including the Kings & Balducci's brands, will lead a peer group discussion on "Differentiating Your Brand in a Highly Competitive Market."
Economic conditions may change over time, but what all businesses are continually faced with regardless is significant and growing Competition. The difference between surviving and thriving often boils down to how to create growth based on "Differentiation and Brand Identity." This has been Judy Spires' focus since she took over leadership of King's Food Markets and Balducci's just over 3 years ago. Judy has developed and is implementing her exciting growth plan based upon refining the differentiation of both Kings and Balducci's in their respective upscale grocery markets, with a goal to double the business from its current 500 million annual revenue to 1 billion over the next five years.
Please join us on December 11th as Judy shares her growth plan and challenges with us, and as we invite all CEOs to also share their growth and differentiating opportunities and challenges within their respective markets and industries.
