Our next generation of leaders will be drawn from the group of individuals generally referred to as “Millennials.” More specifically, women and men born between 1980 and 1995. There has been much written and discussed about how Millennials are bringing changes to the workplace based on their vision as to work/life balance, etc.
Lori Reiner, the first Chief People Officer at EisnerAmper after over thirty years of providing accounting, audit and advisory services to closely held and private equity-backed companies, will share her experiences directing the talent acquisition, professional development and employee engagement programs at EisnerAmper and offer suggestions as to how these methodologies may be adapted to other industries facing similar issues.
