An experienced tenant and landlord representative, Mr. Goodman has serviced some of the most prominent corporations in the nation. Goodman started his career in CRE in 2005, a week after graduating college, and has been involved in over 500 lease transactions totaling more than 8 million square feet.

Additionally, Blake leads the Healthcare Practice group within JLL’s NJ offices, supports the Agency Practice group and prides himself on applying a strong attention to detail, while developing creative and innovative solutions for his clients.

Kimberly is Vice President, Workplace Strategy in JLL’s Suburban New Jersey and Philadelphia offices. In her role, Kimberly specializes in workplace planning where she works in tandem with JLL’s brokerage teams on scenario development and portfolio-wide approaches for our clients. Kimberly’s background in Corporate Real Estate paired with her formal training in design and years working with top architecture and design firms globally offers a unique perspective for her to assist the diverse client mix of today in reaching culturally relevant workplace solutions.

A 25-year veteran in corporate real estate, Scott Lesh leads JLL’s Integrated Portfolio Services (IPS) practice for New Jersey. He represents corporate occupiers in real estate with a focus on solving complex business problems. Services he provides to his clients include portfolio strategy, labor and demographics, transaction management, lease administration, project management, facility management, workplace strategy and economic incentives.

Jeremy Neuer is a Senior Managing Director in the New Jersey office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. Jeremy specializes in office investment advisory throughout New Jersey, New York and Connecticut. Since 2017, he’s been involved in more than $2 billion of office sales.

Prior to JLL, Jeremy was co-lead of Capital Markets for CBRE NJ, focusing on office transactions.  After an 18-year leasing career, he transitioned to Capital Markets in 2016 to leverage his unique experience with respect to the workplace–and how buildings need to change to meet the needs of modern occupiers. His success in leasing, on both the tenant and landlord side, gives him a distinct perspective to drive asset value and provide comprehensive advisory to owners and investors.
