ACG NJ CEO Forum - November 21, 2024 SOLD OUT!

Our speaker will be Darek Hahn, President & CEO of AffinIT LLC. Darek will discuss his rise from a delinquent youth to the CEO of an IT Services Company, which he sold in 2021. And how that experience is driving his next venture into the same space. As Darek describes it in his upcoming book, “The Power of WE,” it’s all about the other people. When focusing on them, his team succeeded. When focusing on his own success or failures the team struggled. He will lead us in a discussion on the 7, er 8 steps he uses to help ensure he stays focused on his team, which in turn helps his team stay focused on the overall success of the organization.
