With this depth and breadth of experience, Jeanette adds value for buyers, sellers and lenders; positioning sellers in a position of strength and assisting buyers and lenders in identifying, evaluating and minimizing the risk of acquisitions and lending. Specialties: Frequently work with companies in a variety of industries and sectors, and have a depth of experience in the following sectors: tech and tech enabled, manufacturing, distribution, industrials, consumer products, hospitality, food & beverage, professional services and mortgage banking.

James Marciano is a (nearly) lifelong entrepreneur. 

After working as a management consultant for 5 years, he sold everything he owned in 1995, moved onto his brother’s floor in NYC, and started TheSquare, the first social network on the web. In 1997, he went on to found Refer-it, the first directory of affiliate/ associate programs for e-commerce companies, which was acquired by internet.com in 1999. He then founded Return Path, a global email solution services company acquired by a private equity firm in 2019.

James graduated from Harvard College (’88) and Dartmouth Business School (‘93). He’s been quoted in the Wall Street Journal and New York Times and has spoken at the country’s top business schools, including Harvard, Wharton, and Columbia. He enjoys life in New Hope, PA, with his wife, two children, two convertibles, and three motorcycles.

Andrea Mondello, Lead of Withum’s Data and AI Services Team, has helped organizations around the globe implement, adopt and derive value from Microsoft Technologies. She has over 15 years of experience focused on SharePoint solutions with a Knowledge Management lens, and nine years of deep experience with Office 365. Past notable projects include the transformation of a hundred-year-old national non-profit from file share silos to a thriving Office 365 implementation featuring Teams across five offices and the implementation of Office 365 for an international NGO with thousands of users across 19 countries in Asia. Her skill set includes project management, business analysis, change management, technology training, technology communications, and business process optimization. Lane Wiggins joined Argosy in 2015 and is responsible for evaluating potential investments, performing due diligence, and working with portfolio companies to grow shareholder value. He has significant experience in the middle market, closing more than 30 acquisitions and associated capital raises since 2002. Prior to joining Argosy, Lane founded Cordam Group and was also a partner with CS Capital Partners. Both firms are early stage private equity investment firms, where he led all aspects of private equity sourcing, diligence and portfolio company engagement. Prior to joining CS Capital Partners, Lane was a Director with CD Ventures, a Philadelphia based private investment firm. Lane began his finance career as an investment banker in the Defense, Aerospace, and Technical Services (“DATS”) Group at Wachovia Securities/Wells Fargo where he focused on M&A advisory and public offerings. Prior to banking, Lane’s early career included operational, engineering and managerial roles with Rockwell International. He also held operational/engineering positions at Cooper Industries and Cummins Engine.
