Every business is at risk of a data breach, and even the most careful companies have cybersecurity incidents that may result in the unauthorized disclosure of personal, sensitive or confidential information and potential liability. If your company suffers a data breach, will you and your colleagues know what to do?

The speakers will cover:

  • recommended incident response objectives,
  • best practices for response activities,
  • the impact of AI on data breaches and response activities,
  • recent legal developments and enforcement trends,
  • management of the litigation, regulatory, and enforcement proceedings that may result from a cybersecurity incident, and
  • the unique challenges presented by cross-border investigations and enforcement.

The speakers will also discuss real-world examples of response activities from past data breaches to explore what may work and what may not when a security incident occurs at your company.
