Between COVID-19 disruptions, conflicts in Ukraine and the Mideast, and increasing tariffs, companies face increasing challenges to secure their supply chains in a cost-effective manner. Drawing on his experience helping to secure critical PPE supply during the COVID-19 pandemic, Zach Klughaupt will discuss legal issues affecting supply chains, and how in-house counsel can improve supply chain stability at their companies.

Zachary S. Klughaupt, Assistant General Counsel & Associate Compliance Officer, Ansell

Zachary Klughaupt is Lead Counsel: Americas at Ansell, a global leader in safety solutions. He has broad-based experience supporting multinational businesses with legal and compliance issues affecting the Americas and has helped guide the company through numerous trade and supply chain challenges, including customs and export control compliance, sustainability, logistics, and commercial agreements. A graduate of Duke Law School, he began his legal career at a major law firm in NYC prior to moving in-house.
