Wilmington

MEMBERSHIP

  • ACG Memberships are individual memberships and are not tied to the firm regardless of how the membership is paid. 

REFUNDS

  • Due to the nature of ACG events and the guarantees that need to be given prior to the event, refunds will not be processed in the two weeks directly preceding the event.

UNREGISTERED ATTENDEES

  • Any unregistered attendee will be charged the walk-in/day-of event rate.  

SPEAKERS/CONTENT

  • Opinions and comments by any speaker or panelist at an ACG Wilmington event or program do not necessarily reflect those opinions of the ACG Wilmington Staff, Membership, or Sponsors.

CODE OF CONDUCT

Association for Corporate Growth ("ACG" or "Association") members, non-member event attendees, partners, sponsors, and staff are expected to adopt the standards of dignity, fairness, and integrity.  This Code of Conduct aims to strengthen confidence in the professional standards and interactions displayed with the Association.

  • Respectful and Inclusive Behavior
    • Treat all members, non-member event attendees, partners, sponsors, and staff respectfully, regardless of their background, race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic.
    • Refrain from engaging in discriminatory, offensive, or harassing behavior, including but not limited to verbal, written, or physical actions.
  • Professionalism
    • Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions within the Association.
    • Avoid conflicts of interest that may compromise the integrity of the Association or its members.
    • Uphold the confidentiality of sensitive information shared within the Association.
    • Do not use the membership directory for direct sales, solicitation, mass emailing, and/or similar conduct.
  • Compliance with Laws and Regulations
    • Follow all applicable laws and regulations related to your membership and the activities of the Association.
    • Adhere to any industry or professional standards relevant to your membership.
  • Ethical Conduct
    • Conduct yourself ethically and honestly in all Association-related matters.
    • Avoid engaging in activities that may bring disrepute to the Association or its members.
    • Bring to the attention of the Association's governing board potential decisions or actions concerning a member of unethical or illegal behavior.
