An Important Update About Email Communications from ACG Tennessee

We’re making some changes to how we communicate with our community, and we want to be clear about what this means for you.

ACG Tennessee is introducing interest-based email groups to make our communications more relevant and useful. Just as importantly, we want to be explicit that you are always in control of your email preferences.

Understanding your email preferences:

For ACG Tennessee Members

  • Chapter Membership (All Emails) is our primary list for ACG Tennessee members. This list includes all chapter communications, including emails sent to any interest groups. Current members are subscribed to this list, and new members will be added going forward.
  • Members can manage their email preferences at any time. In addition to Chapter Membership (All Emails), you may optionally opt in to specific interest groups.
  • Selecting one or more interest groups helps us better understand your interests and tailor future communications. All chapter wide emails will continue to be included through Chapter Membership (All Emails).

For Non-members

  • Email subscriptions and all interest-based preferences are fully managed by the subscriber.
  • If you choose not to subscribe at this time, you will no longer receive regular ACG Tennessee email communications. You may, however, receive occasional emails related to specific events you have attended in the past.
  • If you prefer not to receive any communication at all, you may unsubscribe at any time.

Managing Your Preferences

  • To update your preferences or unsubscribe, use the or links included in all our emails (at the top and bottom).

Our goal is to remain permission based, respect your inbox, and deliver communication that is timely, relevant, and valuable—while ensuring you remain fully in control of what you receive.

Thank you for staying connected. We appreciate your engagement and look forward to continuing the conversation.
