Drew Hamer, Executive Vice President, Finance at Arcserve is a strategic, operational, and innovative finance leader who has partnered with executive teams to successfully scale global, high-growth VC-backed, and publicly held companies in the SaaS, software, high-tech, cybersecurity, and internet industries. He leads Arcserve’s global finance function, focusing on driving fiscally prudent business scalability through people, processes, and systems. Before joining Arcserve, he held executive financial leadership roles at Palladyne AI, Velodyne Lidar Inc., Anomali, Sungevity and ON24. Mike Karim is Turntide’s Chief Financial Officer. As CFO, Mike oversees the financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, investor relations, legal and IT operations for Turntide. Mike joined Turntide in 2021 and was instrumental in supporting its inorganic acquisition integrations and growth fundraising efforts. Prior to joining Turntide, Mike held a variety of finance and operational leadership roles within The General Electric Company. Mike attended the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and Northwestern’s Kellogg school of management. His wife and three children currently reside in the Bay Area.

As Chief Financial Officer for RSAC, Jason Sauvie develops and manages strategies to expand the business and accelerate revenue, overseeing finance and building out a world-class organization to propel the cybersecurity community into the future. Prior to joining RSAC, Jason was the CFO of Medable where he helped raise over $500M in venture capital and played an instrumental role in scaling the business domestically and internationally through implementing financial strategies for responsible growth. Previously, Jason served Finance Executive positions at Intel and Wind River where he helped grow revenue and EBITDA margins while playing a critical role in the divestiture of the Wind River business unit to private investors. Jason has also served in finance leadership roles at Macromedia and Deloitte.
