Cost Per Golfer = 200 by July 31. (250 after July 31)

Cost includes golf with cart, breakfast, box lunch on the course, beverages on the course, and post-round awards banquet.

Sponsorship includes: recognition in promotional materials, signage at the event and an opportunity to provide items for the gift bag.
