ACG St. Louis corporate members are invited to the next Corporate Peer Group meeting as we welcome guest speaker, David A. Ferris, attorney at UB Greensfelder, for an interactive discussion on tariffs. Mr. Ferris will present some thoughts and lead a discussion regarding terms and conditions to consider in today’s supply chain climate. Topics will focus on the movement of incoming components and outgoing products and will include handling of goods and risk of loss, rates and charges surrounding the entire transportation process, cargo coverage, claims, and the claims process, and risk avoidance at various stages of the transport process. Mr. Ferris will cover some real-life scenarios, as well as the potential for preemptive solutions.

The ACG St. Louis Corporate Peer Group is an exclusive, invitation-only group comprised of senior-level corporate executives and corporate development professionals. The objective of the group is to provide a network where members can exchange ideas, challenges, and best practices amongst peers.

Thank you to our Corporate Peer Group sponsor, JPMorgan Chase & Co.
