Curt has developed, built, and operated multiple businesses both as a senior corporate leader and entrepreneur. Over his 45+ year career, Curt has had extensive experience in startups, turnarounds, intellectual property processes, R&D, and operating P&Ls. He has served on numerous boards and is a past board president of Executive Connections, a regional professional organization. Curt has been recognized nationally by the American Iron and Steel Institute for his contributions to the advancement of steel construction.

Stephanie Green is the CEO and CFO of Atlas Iron Works, a family-owned steel fabrication company in St. Louis, founded in 1922. With a background in construction and multiple degrees, including an MBA and a master’s in supply chain management, she has modernized operations, cut costs, and enhanced efficiency. Her leadership has saved the company over $800,000 while improving profitability and employee retention. She is also an advocate for women in construction and actively contributes to industry discussions on diversity and innovation.

Bryan Davis is the President and CEO of Trinity Products, a six location steel processor, distrtibutor, and specialty fabricator headquartered in St. Louis founded in 1979. Trinity today employs roughly 245 employee-owners throughout the Midwest. Bryan started his career with Trinity in 2001 as controller and, through his career with Trinity has headed up purchasing and sales before being named CEO upon the retirement of the founder, Robert Griggs, in 2022. Trinity became a 100% employee-owned company in 2019 and Bryan leads an aggressive growth strategy for the company.

Maggie Curcio is the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at First Bank. Responsible for working with and overseeing the bank’s Human Resources (HR) team to design and implement people-focused strategies, she is committed to attracting, engaging, and developing diverse talent throughout the organization.  Maggie works to define First Bank’s employee success roadmap, cultivating a culture of high performance and engagement, while also driving a significant business impact for the organization. In addition, she serves as a member of the Executive Committee and partners closely with the leadership team to build organizational capacity and capability.

Prior to joining First Bank, Maggie served as the Chief People Officer for Henderson Engineers in Kansas City, Missouri.  Maggie was also the Director of Talent & Diversity at Discover and held previous roles in Global Talent Management, Organizational Development, and Compensation Consulting.

Maggie earned her Master of Science in Organization Development from the Quinlan School of Business, Loyola University Chicago, and her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Missouri.
