Timothy Kardish joined Gerard Daniel in August 2020 and was responsible for executing a value creation strategy, transforming the culture from a tactical family run company to an institutional PE-backed platform through professional leadership development focused on Lean continuous improvement Best Practices and operational and financial excellence. He serves as a Board Member on other PE-backed middle market manufacturing, distribution and services companies providing strategy and governance oversight. Prior to joining Gerard Daniel, Mr. Kardish’s career included CEO appointments within PE-backed technology-driven manufacturing companies (Sussex Wire & APSNovastar) and a wholly owned subsidiary of a publicly traded company (Labsphere). During his tenure with Sussex Wire, Labsphere and APSNovastar, Mr. Kardish successfully completed three exits at above industry standard valuations and MOIC. Earlier in his career Mr. Kardish held divisional executive leadership roles of privately held and publicly traded companies (McKesson, Leica Microsystems, X-Rite). Mr. Kardish earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a dual major in Information Systems and Marketing from the Erivan K. Haub School of Business at St. Joseph’s University.
