Each U.S. Chapter is a separate Illinois not-for-profit corporation that has entered into an Affiliation Agreement with ACG. Each Non-U.S. chapter is incorporated under the laws of the jurisdiction in which it operates and has also entered into an Affiliation Agreement with ACG.
