Sonal Singla

Sonal joined H&F in 2020 and is focused on helping the Firm drive value by improving the operational effectiveness of H&F’s portfolio companies. Prior to H&F, Sonal worked at Visa as Vice President of Cross-Border Strategy & Execution and previously as Vice President of Global Transformation. Before that, he was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company in Pittsburgh, as a leader of their North American Operations & Lean Management Practice. Sonal is fluent in English, Hindi and Punjabi.

He attended Indian Institute of Technology in Delhi and obtained his MBA from the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business.
