Larry Perlov, President and Managing Partner at Illumiti, is a veteran of high-tech and consulting industries with over 25 years of international executive-level experience and expertise in SAP, ERP, and IT infrastructure solutions. With extensive experience at leveraging people, processes, and technology to drive business value for clients, Larry is considered a Theory of Constraints expert. He also has very relevant experience in managing change and ensuring organizations effectively capitalize on their investment in SAP technologies. Responsible for all global delivery operations at Illumiti, Larry is a results-driven leader with a proven track record in business development, operations, and program management. He is noted for his ability to create and motivate highly efficient teams of experts, facilitate teams to arrive at simple solutions for seemingly complex problems, and highly adept at finding win-win answers to tough problems. Larry holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Electrical) and a Master of Science in Engineering (Artificial Intelligence) from the University of the Witwatersrand (Johannesburg, South Africa), a Master of Business Administration from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University (Edinburgh, Scotland), and is a graduate of the Owner/President Management (OPM) Program at Harvard Business School (2017).
