ACG Richmond is an association for professionals involved in corporate growth, corporate development and mergers and acquisitions. We help your business grow by offering the opportunity to connect to the Greater Richmond business community. Our members find a valuable network of professionals and excellent presentations on relevant and contemporary topics delivered by members of the local business community. We provide the opportunity to engage at various levels to fit your schedule ranging from basic meeting attendance to committee participation and Board membership.
Membership in ACG Richmond typically includes 6 ACG Richmond breakfast meetings and reduced member pricing for the Virginia Capital Conference and other local & regional social/educational networking events. You also benefit from an ACG Global membership that offers reduced fees to events across all 50+ ACG Chapters; as well as, ACG Global membership benefits.
We are a relationships first organization and foster a culture of networking and relationship building; direct selling is strongly discouraged.
ACG Richmond is an approval Chapter, which means all applications are reviewed by our Membership Growth Committee before memberships are finalized. Applications submitted will be in "Pending" status until the Membership Growth Committee completes their review process. The Committee meeting monthly to review all applications.
This membership type applies to applicants who work for a private equity firm or a public or private company and whose job description includes deployment of capital and/or growing the company organically, through acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, alliances, strategic planning, product development, licensing, franchising, etc. including, but not limited to CEO, CFO, CDO, Chairman, and corporate counsel.
This membership type applies to applicants providing support services to the middle market including, but not limited to accountants, lawyers, bankers, recruiters and wealth managers.
This membership type is available to new members age 35 and under for a 2-year period. Applicants must meet ACG Richmond membership criteria. Membership rate adjusts in the 3rd year of membership to reflect the member’s status as a corporate or service member.

PLEASE NOTE: Payment is processed immediately upon submission of your application, but membership will be in pending status until it has been reviewed by our Membership Growth Committee. If your application is not approved, your payment will be refunded in approximately 30 days. You may request to have your application withdrawn and payment refunded at any time during the approval process.
We welcome non-member attendees at our events and encourage non-members/guests to attend and experience ACG in action. In an effort to build a vibrant community, we limit non-member attendees to two breakfast events per program year and encourage those who value the experience to apply for membership.
