Ms. Chenault has worked for CarMax since April 2001 and provides a broad range of legal services to the company, including advice regarding data privacy and security, artificial intelligence, commercial transactions and records retention. She has been designated by the International Association of Privacy Professionals as a Certified Information Privacy Professional - US. 

Ms. Chenault received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Dickinson College. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond School of Law.

Todd has over 25+ year’s experience in Technology across various verticals and companies. Most recently he has been at CarMax almost 7 years building AI, Machine Learning platforms and teams at CarMax. Todd was instrumental and the technical lead in building CarMax’s first Data Science and Machine Learning team that now includes over 50 technical and data science associates. He has implemented large scale Enterprise Cloud implementations with Data Lakes, Data Warehousing and Data Engineering helping to modernization and help grow CarMax Data Analytics Teams.

Todd is a dedicated professional known for his strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. He’s also a dedicated volunteer in the community, giving back on non-profits in athletics, highly involved in the Richmond technology scene including his second year on the RVATech Data/AI summit as Co-Chair.
