Join ACG Philadelphia for a "Welcome Back PE Wine Walk" to kick off the program year. What better way to greet fellow members and reconnect with the dealmaking community than over wine poured by our region's private equity firms.

This event is hosted outdoors (weather permitting) to balance the health and safety of our members while allowing for a return to much needed networking among the deal community. The PE hosted tables, networking and hors d'oeuvres will be held over looking the greens.

Dress is casual. (No tee shirts or cargo pants)
Open exclusively to ACG Philadelphia Members and by invitation to select members of other chapters.
Cancellations/ Replacements
Cancellations should be made no later than Tuesday, September 7 COB for a full refund, less a $5 processing fee. Replacements can be made in advance or on site. Email Murdoch at mdagit@acg.org.
COVID
We are monitoring the situation with the Delta variant and, while the event is outdoors, we may add any necessary precautions to ensure the safety and health of our community.
In case of inclement weather or the situation is not deemed sufficiently safe, the event will be postponed, and guests/table hosts may opt to have a full refund or carry their registration forward to the re-scheduled event.

- Are vaccinations required to attend the PE Wine Walk?
All attendees must be fully vaccinated to attend the Private Equity Wine Walk. Attendees will receive an email from ACG Philadelphia with detailed instructions on how to create their health pass. All attendees and staff must be vaccinated (without a vaccine requirement, everyone would have to wear masks, based on local guidelines). While we recognize this does not fully mitigate all risk, it provides a much higher level of protection against transmission and disease for all attendees. To ensure your privacy, we are using a secure, digital tool which is free to the user, Clear Health Pass. Through this app you’ll easily upload your vaccination details, confirm your identity, and answer a few health screening questions. - How will you accept proof of vaccination and ensure my privacy?

For reference, our member and sentiment surveys indicate that 95% of our members are already vaccinated.

Can I use my Excelsior or Docket Vaccine Pass, or bring my vaccination card instead of using Clear Health Pass?
No, even if you have another Vaccine Pass, we will require you to complete our Clear Health Pass because it is linked to our specific event and our required health screening questions. Finally, it serves as a definitive record of who was in attendance.
