Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee
Focused on creating an equitable M&A community, the DEI Committee supports career growth and deal opportunities for racially and ethnically diverse professionals in Greater Philadelphia.
This committee drives member retention, engagement, and recruitment, ensuring a vibrant and connected community through outreach, feedback, and programs like the ambassador initiative.
Private Equity-backed Executives' Roundtable Steering Committee (PEER)
Exclusive to C-suite executives of PE-backed companies, the PEER Committee curates confidential discussions and networking opportunities, promoting value creation and community engagement.
Responsible for planning and executing ACG Philadelphia’s events, including Breakfast Briefings, Women’s Events, Young Dealmakers programs, and the Annual Golf Outing. This committee selects topics, speakers, and panelists to deliver relevant content.
Strategic Acquirers' Committee
This committee hosts peer-to-peer events for Corporate Development Officers to share strategies and best practices in a private, collaborative environment.
Dedicated to fostering connections among women dealmakers, this committee plans initiatives, develops content, and strengthens ties within the growing M&A community.
Focused on attracting and retaining emerging professionals, this committee organizes targeted networking events, fostering the growth of the next generation of dealmakers.
M&A East Conference Committees
Help shape ACG Philadelphia’s signature annual event through various committees, including:
