Join us for a candid, invitation-only program discussing Building and Succeeding in Your Career as a racially or ethnically diverse professional.  Following the panel, join smaller roundtable discussions with senior professionals from private equity, investment banking, lending, strategic acquisitions, accounting and legal fields.

While this event is virtual, our interactive ballroom provides genuine opportunity for face to face and small group discussions.

This program will continue to lay the groundwork for and inform ACG Philadelphia’s new diversity, equity & inclusion initiative.  By listening and improving our understanding, ACG will become a community where racially and ethnically diverse dealmakers and professionals have equitable access to grow their networks, source deals and build successful careers. 

Meet our panelists who will share personal insights, experiences, concerns, and hurdles in building and navigating their careers. This is designed to be an open and honest dialogue in which the audience will consist solely of racially and ethnically diverse professional in the Philadelphia dealmaking community.
