Join us at this invitation only PE-Backed Executive network to share ideas and discuss common challenges and solutions with other private-equity backed CEOs, CFOs in a confidential, peer only environment.
In June we'll connect for another powerful afternoon of peer to peer engagement (no service providers) as we explore ideas and compare notes on effectively managing your Board of Directors in good times and in bad. This will be a roundtable format designed to illicit both successes and challenges in a confidential setting. Bring your experiences and questions and we'll kick off the discussion with:
Board member compensation
Management team participation and role in the Board Meeting
Effective strategies for managing board communications, especially in difficult times
Managing competing interests of investor and non-investor board members

from the community will ultimately drive future discussion topics.
