ACG joins with the Philadelphia Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) to offer a unique program focused on the corporate governance of private equity portfolio companies.

Our panel will focus on how good corporate governance at the portfolio company level can serve to increase enterprise value while reducing risk. We will hear from a fund partner, a portfolio company director and a portfolio company CEO, who will explore how the portfolio companies structure and execute their corporate governance, as well as share best practices and lessons learned.
