Corporate executives responsible for strategic acquisitions are invited to a peer dinner to engage, discuss and learn about the global outlook for M&A in a highly interactive dinner discussion.
Gain clearer insight into the scientific data points and economic sentiment which, when blended together against a backdrop of other factors, drive the M&A cycle and indicate how corporate buyers/sellers should be positioned for greatest returns in 2015. The presentation will demonstrate how interaction between the economy, private company benchmarks, the stock market, the current investment environment and the impact of global challenges apply to a corporate acquirer's position in the 2015 M&A cycle.
The opening presentation will be followed by a roundtable dinner discussion that should provide highly useful intelligence for corporate M&A decision-making all year.
About the Speaker: Andrew Tepper is a managing director for BNY Mellon Wealth Management’s Family Wealth Group. In this role, he provides investment advice to ultra-high net worth families and family offices that typically have highly complex investment, banking and planning needs.
Andrew joined the firm in 2008 and has more than 19 years of financial industry experience. Previously, Andrew was an investment banker that focused on raising institutional capital for public and private companies and an attorney where his practice concentrated on creditors’ rights. A graduate of Emory University and University of Texas School of Law, Andrew is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
