Congratulations on your acceptance to ACG University 2023!
Here are your next steps - which we ask you to complete by the end of the year. If you need to wait to enroll in January, please email bpilko@acg.org.
1. Complete enrollment and submit payment. Your enrollment in ACG University includes a two year membership in ACG. Your membership will start within a week of your enrollment in the program. If you are currently a member of ACG Philadelphia, when your membership is up for renewal we will pay for and extend your membership. Enroll in ACG University 2023
2. Mark your calendar for class dates using the links below. (note - location changes between Faegre Drinker & Troutman Pepper)
- January 27, 2023 - Class 1: Deal Sourcing at Faegre Drinker, One Logan Square **Lunch at City Tap after class
- February 3, 2023 - Class 2: Due Diligence at Troutman Pepper, Two Logan Square
- February 24, 2023 - Class 3: Valuation at Troutman Pepper, Two Logan Square
- March 10, 2023 - Class 4: Acquisition/Debt Financing at Troutman Pepper, Two Logan Square
- March 17, 2023 - Class 5: Negotiating the Purchase Agreement at Faegre Drinker, One Logan Square **Lunch at City Tap after class
- March 31, 2023 - Class 6: The 100 Day Plan & Why Deals Fail at Faegre Drinker, One Logan Square
- April 21, 2023 - Class 7: Exit Strategies at Faegre Drinker, One Logan Square **Closing Lunch after class - location TBA
3. We’ll host a meet & greet opportunity on 1/12/2023 at 5:15pm, just prior to the start of our 6pm Member Only New Years Celebration at Lark (611 Righters Ferry Road, Bala Cynwyd) for the Class of 2023 to get to know one another and meet some ACG University alumni. It will be a great opportunity to meet fellow participants in advance of the January 27th class start as well as many of our ACG Members. RSVP to bpilko@acg.org to let us know if you can attend.
