As the driving force behind three thriving hospitals, Ms. Scanlon’s leadership has not only transformed these  institutions, but has also set a new standard for excellence in patient care. Under her guidance, there  has been significant growth and success due to her unique ability to foster collaboration, innovation,  and engagement among her teams. Geoff Tresley

Geoff Tresley joined GTCR as a Vice President in 2018, became a Director in 2020 and Principal in 2022. Prior to joining GTCR, he worked at CVC Capital, where he focused on healthcare and consumer/retail transactions. Geoff holds an MBA with honors from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. Summa Cum Laude in Economics and Political Science from Northwestern University, where he graduated first in his class and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. Geoff is a CFA charterholder.

Joseph Harrington is a partner in Goodwin's Healthcare and Private Equity Groups. Joe’s practice is focused on healthcare law. He advises clients on corporate and regulatory issues impacting healthcare mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, restructurings, and reorganizations. Joe’s clients cover the spectrum of the healthcare industry. He represents private equity and strategic investors as both buyers and sellers in transactions. He also counsels portfolio companies and independent healthcare and support services providers on an ongoing basis with respect to corporate and healthcare regulatory matters. He frequently assists clients in matters involving Medicare and Medicaid issues, federal and state fraud and abuse laws (including the federal Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, and False Claims Act), payor contracting, credentialing, and audits, corporate practice of medicine restrictions, licensure issues, commercial contracting, and developing compliance programs. Image Jason B. Daly, Esq. Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary Amneal Pharmaceuticals Jason Daly leads Amneal’s global legal and corporate compliance strategies with a focus on delivering value as Amneal drives into more complex commercial categories. He brings substantial experience leading the legal and commercial strategies for global pharmaceutical & medical device companies, including Teva, where he most recently served as Senior Vice President, U.S. Market Access and previously as Vice President & Chief of Staff, North American Commercial as well as General Counsel – U.S. Generics & North American Commercial. In his seven-year tenure with Teva, Jason was responsible for driving the company’s multi-billion-dollar U.S. managed-care customer accounts, including go-to-market tactics for biosimilars and expanding formulary access for key branded products. He also served as a key executive, overseeing a team of commercial attorneys responsible for legal strategies related to patent settlements & authorized generics, pricing policies, REMS programs, the commercialization of the company’s brand and generic medicines, and government affairs. Prior to Teva, Jason served nearly a decade in various legal and commercial leadership roles with Straumann Group. He has worked for law firms HinckleyAllen LLP and WilmerHale LLP and was a law clerk to Judge Mary Lisi in the United States District Court in Providence, Rhode Island. Jason holds academic degrees from the University of Pennsylvania Law School as well as the University of Rhode Island. He holds professional certificates from The Wharton School of Business, The Kellogg School of Management and the Boston University School of Management. He is also a member of the Massachusetts and Rhode Island Bar Associations.
