Brad Scholtz, Managing Director, Scott Capital Partners
Brad has worked at Scott Capital Partners, LLC and its predecessor company since 2007. His responsibilities include originating, evaluating and negotiating private equity and growth capital situations. Brad’s experience includes working with industrial manufacturing, business service companies, and several other industries. Prior to joining Scott Capital, his career included working as an accountant at Arthur Young (predecessor company to Ernst & Young), at various investment banking boutiques as a consultant to several major corporations and private equity firms, and as an independent sponsor. Brad received his M.B.A. from New York University’s Stern School of Business and his undergraduate degree from Washington and Lee University.

Mr. LaConti joined BEP in 2013. Prior to joining Brookside Equity Partners, Mr. LaConti worked at Summer Street Capital Partners, a middle-market private equity firm, where he assisted in the investment process and portfolio management for a number of transactions in industries such as niche manufacturing and environmental services. Mr. LaConti started his career at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where he oversaw the trading of Private Wealth & Private Bank Management accounts with a market value of over $1 billion. He graduated with honors from Cornell University, Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management.
