12:30 pm–1:30 pm: Group Lunch on the Mountain at private Parallax Club at McCoy’s
3:30 pm–5:30 pm: Apres Party in Cloverleaf Room and patio at Canyon Lodge
6:30 pm: Dinner at Petra’s Bistro & Wine Bar

12:00 pm–1:30 pm: No Host Lunch at The Mill Cafe and ski for the rest of the day!
Note: The ski race is uncertain at this time. The mountain is hosting the U.S. Grand Prix, so we are waiting word from the Mountain with respect to whether or not we can hold our race on either Monday from 1:30 pm – 3:30 pm or Tuesday from 10:00 am – Noon. We will get the official word on February 2nd.
Lodging

One-Bedroom Condos are $269/night (plus $20 resort fee) on Sunday and Monday respectively, and $375/night (plus $20 resort fee) Friday and Saturday night, if arriving early.
Two-Bedroom Condos are $419/night (plus $20 resort fee) on Sunday and Monday respectively, and $569/night (plus $20 resort fee) Friday and Saturday night, if arriving early.
Due to the Grand Prix, the ACG Ski Race this year may or may not be held on Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning. If the race is not held, a Mammoth ‘Poker Run’ will be held.
