During this program, Growth through Professionalization, ACG Philadelphia will bring together a panel of experts including a a founder and CEO of a fast-growing high-tech business, a president and CEO of a PE-backed company in the retail and consumer packaging space, and an operating partner at an early-stage private equity firm. The common thread is their track record of value creation through growth.
Our speakers will provide real world insights into the process of professionalizing your business. They will discuss specific functional areas ranging from sales and finance to operations and human resources.
Moderating the discussion is Steve Hobman, a General Partner of NewSpring and of the Firm’s dedicated mezzanine funds. Steve has more than 30 years of experience in the financing of middle-market and growth-stage companies and has provided more than $1 billion in such financing to these companies.
