Pam Hendrickson serves as chair of the board of the American Investment Counsil.
She is the COO of Riverside and currently serves as vice chairman. In this capacity, she monitors and manages policy, political and legislative risk for Riverside and its portfolio companies. She also supervises several of Riverside’s funds and sits on the Riverside Investment Council. Riverside is a $14.4 billion global multi strategy private equity firm which partners with small companies and helps them grow by providing both financial and intellectual capital. Prior to joining Riverside, she served for 22 years at JP Morgan Chase with senior roles in both the Real Estate Division and the Private Bank.
She also serves as vice chairman of the Kenan Institute for Ethics at Duke University and a Trustee of the National Humanities Center, where she chairs the audit committee.
Pam earned an MBA, Finance and Marketing from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University; and a BA, Public Policy and History from Duke University.
