Principal, PSG

Micah joined Trivest in 2018 to lead the Portfolio Support Group. In this role, he drives value creation for Trivest’s portfolio companies using the proprietary Path to 3x system. Prior to joining Trivest, Micah held several senior operating roles at Tru-Flex, a portfolio company of HBM Holdings, where he also worked in the Strategy and Corporate Development Group. He received a JD/MBA from the University of Virginia and a B.Arch from the University of Miami.

This STL Emerging 20 educational session will focus on driving organic growth through pricing. Many businesses understand how to drive EBITDA through cost-reduction and volume increases, but pricing is frequently done on a cost-plus basis or with no formal approach. When used correctly, pricing can be a powerful lever to drive profit. The presentation will lay out a basic pricing framework and some tools building pricing best practices into your organization.

The panel presentation will be followed by a happy hour reception. This event is exclusively for the 2021-2022 STL Emerging 20 Class.
